Bold and Minimal Logo for High-Tech Coffee Shop to appeal to high-end market

Bold, Modern, High-Tech Coffee Shop appealing to a mid to high-end market.

Bold black or white colors.

I want a black and white logo with a bold typography and a pictorial mark that we can use as a standalone identifier of our brand. I need to see them in both black and white versions. I want the main logo inside a box, as in the attachment provided, but be I want to able to spread it horizontally and still keep its’ coherence. For the pictorial mark please create something unique, taking inspiration on the 'Rosetta'(this is what gets drawn on top of a latte) which I've added in the attachments to create something nice but really simple, modern, clean and refined, such as ‘Apple’ did with their logo. Create something from scratch using just elements from a real Rosetta. It doesn’t need to look exactly like a rosetta but include identifiable elements from a rosetta, as long as it looks modern and clean. Pictorial can be very minimal, using squared edges or a bit rounded if you find it fits the rest of the logo better. Pictorial mark should not be thin, but its presence should not overshadow the typography, it should only complement it. You’ll get more of my attention if you manage to fit a pictorial mark inside the box logo in a clean way, using a letter as your anchor or by making it part of the box itself or maybe in a corner where you have erased part of the box, I leave that up to your imagination, but keep it simple and tasteful. Logo should evoke feelings of power, boldness, and clean design all around. It doesn't have to be cartoony or too playful. Our target are industry professionals that work in medicine, technology, finances, etc so it needs to appeal to these kinds of professionals as well as students that might perceive the brand as cool for its clean, modern, and outside-the-box design. Pictorial mark 'might' be fit inside the square but not necessarily as long as it looks clean but not plain or boring, I am welcome to seeing what you can come up with. I have attached a sketch of a logo I made which I think scales well and evokes boldness the way I want it to, which you can use for inspiration. Logo must look good when printed on boxes, mugs, tumblers. It needs to keep its boldness and scale very well. I’ll also attach some photos of what the interior of the cafe might look like, as it needs to fit with our shop aesthetics.
