About us
BodyX is a studio that has a kitchen in a gym. We have personal training, group fitness classes and cooking classes offered. They are never offered all at the same time. Everyone of all ages are welcome. The industry is both Physical Fitness and Food. The idea is that we can eat and still be fit and healthy.
