This design was a late entry in the process. It showed an excellent sense of how to balance font weight and size for appealing visual emphasis in the right ways.
Unlike many entries, it also showed an appreciation for the use of this as a LOGO -- not an illustration -- that is a critical part of successful branding.
Finally, it was easy to ready at any size. That is an appreciation for scalability that -- while not requested -- is very much needed in a good design.
Hi - I have owned a womens consignment shop in NJ for 17 years and I am finally making my way to the net. I had an e-commerce site designed, but I need a logo for my company, Bling it On, LLC. Don't know that I want LLC in the name (legal stuff scares me). I also have a space for a banner ad on the home page, so I would want something for there that ties in as well. The logo should pop, not be shy (it is bling after all), but nothing cutesy. The name itself is clever, don't know that the logo needs to be. I like clean, simple designs, but I LIKE LOUD TOO. Hope that helps. Good luck!
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Women, Women, Women. Oh wait. Anybody who will wear my Fun. Funky. Affordable. Jewelry (my husband came up with that). So honestly, I don't care who you are. Boomer, teen, rapper, gay, straight, guy, gal, rich, poor. If you have a credit card (or paypal) and can find my site, you're my customer.
None. That's why I came here. You're the creative ones! The logo does have to fit in the space on my website, top left hand corner (there is turquoise ring there now), but I'm guessing we can size it however we need to. The name should be incorporated, obviously. I will want to use it on letterhead, cards, etc. eventually, so keep that in mind.
