Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our product will be primarily artisan, craft/specialty coffee (focus on espresso drinks and pour over brew methods) with a lesser but still important focus on a small selection of gluten-free baked goods and tea and will eventually serve a direct farm to table breakfast and light lunch Most of the coffee will be roasted locally, tea sourced locally and all food will be sourced locally from farms in the first 3 years of existence (beginning farmers). Target demographic is wide ranging, 18-55 year olds with disposable income who prefer to work and socialize at cafes. Blank Page refers to the uncertainty in the possibility of each day. It will be located in a neighborhood where connecting to people and place via food and drink is an important part of local identity. The desired atmosphere will be bohemian, progressive, comfortable and welcoming. Wood, stainless steel, brushed grays and blacks, white/off-white and perhaps a little accented bright blue or green is the desired color palette.

My goal is to restore and demonstrate a higher level of appreciation, among coffee, tea drinkers and foodies alike for the taste of and ritual around quality, simple food and coffee, as well as the environment where they are consumed.
