How Best of Parenting started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Best of Parenting
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We offer parenting courses (see http://www.BestofParenting.co.uk) in which we help parents raise kids that are self-responsible, self-disciplined and have higher self-esteem.
The target audience is wide-ranging as any parent of children age 0 to 18 would benefit from Best of Parenting’s products and services. These parents are usually between 30 and 50 years of age.
They are mainly female (mothers often drag their spouses to convince them to change their parenting style!), but there is more and more interest from males/fathers. They are often busy parents (for example both working) who want to improve the little time they have to interact with their kids.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

The logo should convey familiar reliability
We already have a logo which is a mix of an old logo we had designed that we associated with the Best of Parenting brand. You can see it attached alongside other logos that we like. We chose a range of logos that are very different but that we like despite their diversity and this shows that we are open to suggestions. It is however worth mentioning that our preferred logo in the lot is the “Parenting” logo (with orange font and green flower instead of the “i”). We also have a basic website http://www.bestofparenting.co.uk. You shouldn't take this as an example of what we think is a good design though.
