the feel we are going for is similar to green street smoked meats in chicago, pecan lodge in dallas, and franklin bbq in austin. we would like to see some play on an actual steer/cow in the logo, maybe a hipster anthropomorphic cartoon steer with a beard, maybe just a silhouette, etc. colors should be blacks and browns, etc to associate with char, natural woods, brown butcher paper that the food will be served on, etc. no obnoxious red/orange flames, but a modern and subtle flame silhouette might be interesting. attached some pics from green street smoked meats to show the feel/vibe we're going for. the slogan isn't a must but would like to see you play with it
