Beacon
We are a small software startup in silicon valley with an ambition to change the world of enterprise networking (the ethernet kind).
Our product is broken down in to a series of different projects, many of which are open source. Beacon, the subject of this design brief, is our premier open source product.
Beacon is a truly innovative product, and just as importantly is considered to be a new standard of engineering craftsmanship in our area. The codebase underneath (if you like that kind of thing) is clean, minimalist and elegant. It is intended to be a shining light in the community of open source engineers who work with us to show the path of high quality engineering.
The target audience for Beacon is open source programmers interested in ethernet networking. They would be very familiar with brands like Cisco and Juniper or Hewlett-Packard, Dell and IBM.
We require a logo in small (icon), medium (web page header) and large (t-shirt) size.
-I'm attaching a screenshot of our homepage (still under development) that will host many projects, Beacon being the first and largest of them.
