Goode's Mobile Kitchen
I am a government contractor who has decide to follow his dream of being a chef. I have invested in a mobile kitchen instead of a full restaurant for less overhead. I am very health concious and do not eat red meat or pork. We are grilling our food and are tryingto promote health and wellness. I love to be around people, love to cook and just want people to be pleased. I want people to enjoy there experience of Goode's catering between the food and the staff.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Mobile vending is very big in Washington DC. My audienced is government workers, tourists, and DC residents. It is a good ethnic mix of people who want something different. The crowds will mostly be young adult crowd older adult crowd and during week end events younger kids. Trying to creat a new market with all poultry and health concious but there is a market for it. For differant week end events the food will be differant according to the event. The adult crowd will be the majority of my crowd 21-and over.
I want a look of a vacation, colors like bright carribean colors. A ocean feel I want it to stand out. I would like a chef caracter if possible maybe have wheels somewhere to show it is mobile. I want the writing to be in a creative design or block letters or bubble letters or something. The colors are the biggest thing want the colors to look like looking into the water in the carribean islands royal blues and aqua and ocean green kid of mixed in. An ethnic looking chef or something suttle.
