About us
Hi guys, Apologies for the earlier glitch. We had misunderstood the rules of the contest and 99design was kind enough to work out a solution that benefits all sides. Based on your previous submissions, we look forward to receiving your submissions on our revised script. We are two friends and new fathers who share a passion for cooking. We currently live in China. We plan to start a banana pudding shop and are looking for a design for our logo. Ideally, the logo should relate to our personal story and target customer. Also, we came up with the name “BabaNana”. “Baba” means father in Mandarin. You have probably heard of Magnolia Bakery in the US. Our banana pudding was inspired from theirs but is entirely homemade and lighter. Based on the feedback that we have received so far, our target customer will primarily be females aged 15-49 who are health conscious. We are looking for something modern and enticing without being too cheesy, sober and classy without being too exclusive. Regarding the color combination feel free to innovate but our understanding is that colors in the line of red and yellow shades, with a touch of brown and black (to give it a little more sophisticated feel) are the preferred combinations. Ultimately the design will be used on our packaging and we look forward to working with the winner of the contest on the next phase. Please let us know if you need additional information.
