We sell wellness services to the baby boomer generation. Our system is comprised of the Living 3: Fuction, Fuel & Fit. 1. Function- Healthy Spine and Nervous System 2. Fuel- Ant-inflammatory diet fueled by healthy fats. 3. Fit- Effective short duration high intensity exercise.

I chose the hand because how it looks similar to the peace sign of the sixties. I feel that the demographic I am going for, baby boomers, will resonate with that. It represent the LIVING 3: Function, Fuel and Fit and I feel it will look cool on a shirt or hat plus flashing the 3 sign to make sure practice members know they should be doing their LIVING 3. Thanks
