I am very happy with the design I ended up with. The designer created a great first draft and then was very accommodating of my comments and kept adjusting the logo until it was exactly what I wanted. Well worth while.
Very responsive and on point.

Who are you known as?
Association of Physician Consultant Affairs Professionals
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My organization is called APCAP, or the Association of Physician Consultant Affairs Professionals. This is a corporate group of professionals in a conservative field. We deal with attorneys, compliance professionals, and surgeons. Our job is to be a liaison between at least two parties: medical device manufacturers and surgeon consultants. see consultantaffairs.org.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I put many notes in the attached PDF "logo Ideas 2." please see my notes, ideas, and the current association web site. I could add a logo only to the site and keep the name in the current font, or use a logo that also includes the entire name of the association, in effect replacing the top banner. I'd rather have a great logo that I could then use on business cards and letterhead without the name attached, unless a hybrid or two seperate files coudl be created so the logo or name could be used seperately.
