Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are the first premium coffee roaster in an emerging market (Algeria). Our inspiration (in terms of our approach to the market and the coffees we produce) is brands like Intelligentsia, Blue Bottle, Stumptown, etc. Our target audience is composed of Algerians who travel and may have visited these kind of cafés and restaurants.

We hope to have a sleek and modern logo. Nevertheless, the idea of the aspen tree is key to us. For us it represents our environmental values and our commitment to quality and purity. Aspen trees are also all interconnected to this concept is important as well because we want customers to feel connected to the origins of their coffees. However, we do not want anything too earthy or rustic in the logo, modernity and sleekness are definitely paramount.
As a note, our slogan is in French, "Torréfaction de cafés fins" and it should stay that way. It simply means "Roasters of fine coffees." We are happy to answer any questions about that.
