ArrowHead3 Consulting (formerly http://www.threequest.com)
We help companies with complex solutions simplify their sales and marketing message and story. These companies are losing to inferior products because they get wrapped around technical axels of their product; they lose because their story loses. He who tells the best story wins!
We help them by taking their cross-functional team (Sales, Mktg, Exec & Dev) through a process we call the ArrowHead process so that they can distill down their winning story. Because of this unique ArrowHead process, their team aligns around this new message/story (called the ArrowHead) and they learn how to tell their new story with passion, not just PowerPoint.
The ArrowHead is the core of their unique story, which can be told in 15 seconds. It is comprised of 3-4 unique selling propositions. The ArrowHead is the skeleton upon which all other messaging, features and functions attach to.
My company, ThreeQuest, has been around for a few years, but my clients have really gravitated around this ArrowHead concept so I am rebranding the company around this killer concept.
The ArrowHead for ArrowHead3 Consulting (formerly ThreeQuest) is:
- Help You Win Your Story War (tip of the ArrowHead)
- Help You Create Your WInning Story (1st blade of the ArrowHead)
- Align Your Team to that Winning Story (2nd blade...)
- Tell that Winning Story with Passion (3rd blade...)
Large, multinational companies with complex and expensive solutions. A common problem I look to solve are companies where Marketing and Sales are on different pages, and this gets in the way of closing business.
Companies where the slightest differentiation is needed to win; because their market is very competitive. Sometimes I help the company with the inferior product tell a better story to win.
I love helping companies where the sales people tend to give overly complex presentations and bore the buyer to tears. Also companies where the morale of sales is low, and they need a boost of passion; we can give that to them.
I have a nice logo for ThreeQuest (the former company) I like, and I have another logo of an ArrowHead that I have been using to map a clients message to. I use the term ArrowHead to describe my various product offerings, for example "ArrowHead Presentations", or "ArrowHead Discovery" so once the main ArrowHead3 logo is designed, I'll need to leverage it in my other offerings.
Ideally, I'd like to have an ArrowHead image, next to the word "ArrowHead3" (the 3 could be superscripted if it looks better). Maybe include the tagline underneath (Stories That Win, Skills That Win.). I need to have a "TM" (trademark) next to the logo somewhere. I need to have an ArrowHead image that I can use to map to a client's messaging, so it would be nice if it could function like my old ArrowHead logo. I'd like the font for the "ArrowHead3" to be bold, but unique.
The old ArrowHead logo is too flat, I want something that pops off the page, is more dimensional. I like bright and varied colors; your story gives your message color.
I will include some sample files to help:
- ThreeQuest logo (old logo and tagline)
- ArrowHead Presentations logo (see how ArrowHead is applied to our products)
- ArrowHead with client messaging
- ArrowHead with ArrowHead3 messaging (formerly ThreeQuest)
- Cymbrio logo... a logo style I like from a friend's company
