telltale albums
I'm a journalist who creates custom albums.
These albums contain personal stories professionally printed as hardcover, glossy coffee table books complete with personal photos.
The books are heirlooms - they tell your personal story and are designed to be passed down from generation to generation.
Each book is unique and falls into one of the following categories: telltale family (family histories with family tree); telltale life ( your life story, either to celebrate a 'big' birthday or to celebrate someone's life), telltale wedding (detailed wedding book); telltale baby (arrival of new child); telltale trip (a trip of a lifetime); telltale love (to celebrate a relationship, for Valentines or wedding anniversary gifts); telltale bump (charting a pregnancy and birth).
The logo needs to be elegant, but not fussy - it needs to stand the test of time as the books will be passed down for decades to come. The books are hardcover, glossy coffee-table books - they look and feel expensive.
These books are for everyone (target audience 30 - elderly!). Everyone has a story they would like to remember and to pass on to others - whether it be their own life story, or about their wedding or their children etc.
Target audience will be affluent.
The logo needs to be elegant but not fussy:
* No cartoons - we're not aiming to be childlike or playful as these are heirlooms.
* Fancy - but not fussy (no whirly over-the-top cursive script that is difficult to read!). The logo needs to scream 'expensive! heirloom! keepsake albums!' - think vintage with a modern twist!
*Here is a link to the website template - it will have a latte skin (light champagne colour) so please use that as a colour guide (see SKINS drop-down menu in top right-hand corner).
No apricot tones for the logo.

Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
