Abe Lincoln, U.S. Grant & Barack Obama all ate here!! Design a NEW logo for an OLD restaurant

Contemporary food since 1854
Centralia House is a steak & seafood restaurant in a small Midwestern railroad town. Our clientele tend to be older, more affluent diners who travel anywhere from 2-60 miles to enjoy our creole influenced upscale dining experience.
Other color requirements
I'm bad at Pantone, Pantone 364C for the background and Pantone 184C for the neon looks about right.
The restaurant has existed since 1854. It has hosted such luminaries as Abraham Lincoln, U.S. Grant, Union Generals Sherman & McClellan, Susan B. Anthony, Clara Barton, Barack Obama, Clarence Darrow, Buffalo Bill Cody, John Phillip Sousa and more. The main dining room has a black tin ceiling and red flocked wallpaper. The physical structure is well over 100 years old and pre-dates the Spanish Flu Pandemic and the Roaring 20s. The neon sign on the front of the building is iconic and I think should function as the basis of the logo. The restaurant is near the train tracks and was a frequent stop on the Illinois Central Railroad for hungry passengers prior to the advent of dining cars. The railroad influence is reflected in a stain glass window on the front of the building depicting a steam locomotive.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
