One Dental Match is connecting the dental world: buyers of practices to sellers of practices, dentist employers to future employees, supply of human capital to demand for it.
The dental brokerage and staffing business is highly fragmented and pricey. There are over 100 dental broker practices in the US alone and over 100 companies working to connect employers to employees in the dental field. The profile for these companies is small, hyperlocal and relationship based. They rely heavily on human capital and take weeks if not months to turn work around and they charge exorbitant fees (10% commissions) to small business owners for rather simple transactions. These linear businesses are lumbering dinosaurs in today’s modern exponential world.
One Dental Match (ODM) is working to aggregate all of this disparate information into one searchable platform thus simplifying the process of selling and buying dental practices and finding employment in the dental field for HALF THE PRICE of today’s fees.
