I have enclosed a crude but quick mock up of a thought I had of the some of the technology my company represents - such as high speed networks, lighting control, motorized shades, Audio - Video Systems, etc. done in round icons to provide a quick reference to what we do and services we offer.
since we live in such an icon based society, esp. when it comes to technology, I thought this may quickly convey offerings on a business card. Certainly some can be taken away but this is just more of an idea.
Also thought that with the icons being in a round circle, etc. it will convey fluidity while perhaps having the name of the company straight to convey stability, etc...
I do have some ideas but am very interested in letting the creativity and experience of the designer take priority before submitting ideas of my own.
Home automation and technology can be confusing to some people so design should convey elements of stability but also simplicity. Also, I was thinking circles or fluid shapes may be helpful over linear as this can sometimes express harshness.
I usually deal with a luxury client but also wish to appear accessible to mid-market clients as well.
