Winstitute represents both the founder's sir name (Dr. Woo)' and WINning instutue to help organizations to achieve better psychological / mental strength to achieve better performance for winning in the ever fierce battle field of today's businesses. Winstitute are to provide integrated programs and consulting services to the organizations and the workforce regarding 1) organizational diagnosis of psychological strength and mental health using professional scales, 2) healing programs for managers and employees to improve mental health, and 3) preventive programs to promote the use of virtues and to improve psychological strength and performance. Winstitute aims to help organizations to be healthier and happier to survive in the highly competitive era. Among our product lists are 1) assessment tools which are / will be developed and verified by respectful psychologists, scientists, and psychiatrists, 2) structured programs with manuals to assess their outcomes, 3) educational materials including books and brochures, etc. Our target audience is top to middle managers of any industry, however, we have a plan to extend our audience in a near future.
