Hi Everyone! First and foremost, thank you all for your submissions. We love all that we have seen so far and we can assure you that it will be a tough choice! The only concern that we have is that the Blue Ridge Mountains that surround Smith Mountain Lake are not 'sharp' like the Rockies or other larger mountains that you see out West. They are more, well, 'round'. Attached are a couple of photos that will, hopefully, serve as inspiration. Again, thank you all for your creativity! Your talent for design is one that I wish that I had but don't. I’m mostly interested in mascot, emblem, wordmark, and combination logos, but I’m open to all ideas. I'm looking for something other than a house icon with words. I'm looking for creative, fun ... something that is not overly feminine but speaks to the website style. Something that screams - hey come stay here - it's awesome! : - ) I'm really looking for a brand that will help build this business.
