Health Engagements is care management company that uses the latest in technological advancements to provide continuous in-home monitoring for patients with chronic diseases. We utilize the latest in technology hardware and software and layer it with clinical analysis and support to provide the patient and their care team with real-time feedback on the status of their health. We use a combination of mobile health devices (fitbits, apple watches, ihealth devices, etc.), advanced algorithms (machine learning, artificial intelligence, clinical decision rules, etc.), and electronic medical records from various physicians to create a complete picture of a patients health. We aggregate medical history data from different hospital systems and create a unified personal health record that can be shared among all providers. We use all the data and devices to proactively engage with the patient to ensure they are complying with their care plan.

Target audience for the logo will be health systems, doctors, insurance companies, and patients. Target Audience will be 35 and over.

Logo needs to be clean, simple, and modern. A feeling of trust and innovation should resonate when one sees the logo.

As one option, we would like to see a cleaner, modern version of our existing logo.

Current logo has been attached. We are looking to rebrand it.
