Developing Change From Within

I am a hypnotherapist, to include clinical hypnotherapy, NLP Practitioner and more. I work in a private practice with a mental health provider and also work at at outpatient recovery center for those struggling with alcohol, opiates and other substances. Looking for simple and elegant but open to other ideas.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.

Please stay away from "traditional" hypnosis sites. They sometimes have a "buy now!" feel. Here's a brief description of what I do:

“If you want things to change in your life, you must change things in your life.”

Although this is a very simple statement, many find it challenging to live out. I approach life change very simplistically. If you change the way you think, you change the way you feel and then you change the way you live and experience life.

I help people make changes in their life. Many of us at one time or another, became stuck, either from a negative past event that happened or stuck in fear, dread or apprehension. Some of us plateau. We easily grew and reached goals to a certain level and then it was as if we hit a wall. I assist people as they learn how to tear the walls down.
