I'm open to changing the current logo (the one I uploaded) entirely. The background doesn't have to be black, the word "photography" should be replaced with "studios." My thinking is to have a symbol (or a moon graphic) to the left or right of my name, also another version with a symbol above my name "Kevin Luna", similar to the sample "Susan Stripling" I uploaded. I'd like a minimalistic feel, my name probably in all caps, and a simple, yet unique font for "Kevin Luna." Maybe there can be a professional way to incorporate the moon into the name 'Kevin Luna Studios'? Or would it look more professional next to/above the name? The symbol next to my name should also be simple, without a lot of ornate busyness. The "Susan Stripling" symbol is one that I like the most - it says elegance in the initials, all caps to note seriousness, and a simple, clean design. I really like the "Carlos Mendoza" logo (not the symbol), with the line dividing "Carlos Mendoza" from "Photography." Maybe since the word "studios" has fewer characters, the line can be on vertically centered on either side of the word "studios", matching the length of my name above it? I'll be using the logo a lot for posting over photos in the lower corner of each photo online, so a very clean look is preferred. Another note, I'm not sure if I need the symbol to look exactly like a moon, maybe just enough so that it's understood it's a moon...maybe an arc over the logo? Since my last name means moon, I definitely want to incorporate a moon graphic, I just don't want it to look "cartoony or silly" - something on the serious side.
