Primary target market: adult children (relatives) caring for aging parents. Typically they are between the ages of 45 to 65 years old. Seniors typically DO NOT initiate services rather its the family members despite it being an eldercare service.

I like the idea of incorporating the concept of a compass into the design and I like the idea of having a logo than can be stand alone with or without the business name attached.
Please stay away from yellows and browns - just think eldercare and I'd hate people to associate it with urinary incontinence or bowel issues :)
