Design a new modern logo for the veteran company Rotor Properties

Rotor Properties is a Real Estate Company that helps clients buy and sell residential homes. My intended audience are clients looking to sell and purchase home from $250,000-500,000 in Fayette County, Georgia, about 25 miles south of Atlanta, Georgia. We are a youthful company that wants a professional presence among an older population.

I am an 11 year US Navy Veteran pilot who flew SH-60B SeaHawk. I would like some aspect of a helicopter rotor blade incorporated into the logo. It would be nice to have a stand alone icon to be associated with the brand, but not required. I intend to use this logo for print (business cards, stationary) and online (social media, website, etc.) I like the idea of a modernized art deco style, but am open to other styles. Looking for a non-traditional, less corporate style. For the business card, the broker logo needs to be included but does not need to be large and can be discrete. The color can also be adjusted to match the card's design.
