Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a medical device design and development company. We primarily work in cardiovascular devices, and our name is a combination of heart (Cor) and rhythm (Cadence). Our devices primarily are endovascular, meaning that they go into a blood vessel in the leg and then all the way to the interior of the heart. There, they are used measure the electrical activity of the heart, how much blood is flowing through arteries that supply the heart, etc.
Our primary business now is to develop these devices on contract from large Japanese companies, though we are also trying to get contracts from US and European firms.
Some of the ideas that we would like to transmit include:
medical (particularly heart)
speed (meaning we work quickly)
We would prefer not to have a logo that includes very commonly used medical symbols (e.g. a caduceus, or a heart) unless it can be made not trite.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Medical & Pharmaceutical
