We repair old or damaged photographs ("Restoring Glory" to them),
carefully and by hand, with the aid of powerful computer software.

Excellent customer care is at the heart of what we do (we guide our
clients through the whole process so they don't have to worry about
anything), together with supplying a top-notch product that's
tailored
to each individual customer's needs.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

Most of our customers are 30+, with the majority 50+. The majority are
from UK. We are looking for a logo that reflects our high standards
and our luxury British brand.

CLASSIC COLOURS

UPDATED BRIEF - 2 DAYS 5 HOURs TO GO...

We would like the logo to
suggest the following: Quality, Sophistication, Luxury, Reassurance,
Hope

We want this logo to have a CLASSIC, VINTAGE touch but still have a
modern look and feel. The logo symbol should emphasize the
industry we are in (restoration of photographs).

The images above (sample logos) illustrate the styles we are
open to:

• Black & white with the logo including an attractive graphic
(like the Edmondson Farm example above). We LIKE the graphic to look
DRAWN/ETCHED (rather than computer-generated)

• Colour, also with the logo including an attractive graphic
(like the Edmondson Farm example above). We LIKE the graphic to look
drawn/etched (rather than computer-generated). The colour should be
CLASSIC, NOT bright/ loud.
• Coats of arms CONCEPTS (no shields, crowns or lions, please).
Again, we like the DRAWN/ETCHED/PAINTED look rather than 'perfect'
computer-generated.

• Using a graphic mark (lines, curls...) in the logo may help to
demonstrate the
classic, elegant feel we are aspiring towards.

• If the design can also work in white against a single colour
background, that would be an advantage.

• The logo ideally needs to work both with and without the slogan:

• Please would you make the words Restoring Glory a size that can be
easily seen and read when the logo is printed small.

• Unless you think it looks brilliant, we'd prefer NOT to have a
distressed look (where the logo looks old
and worn out).

• NO initials, please. We feel that using the initials R and G
doesn't make it sufficiently clear who we are and what we do.

The words 'Restoring Glory' don't have to be in a straight line.
Perhaps experiment with curving them? Just an idea.

Requested file formats.
We work in Photoshop (CS6), so editable vector image files that work
in that are appreciated (especially .psd). Please supply the name of
the font(s) used, too. Thanks.
