We build custom second homes for clients in the mountains near Highlands, NC. Our clients are wealthy middle aged couples who build here because of the natural surroundings, elevation and cool temperatures in the summer. They are looking for a builder they can trust to build their dream home while providing design ideas and quality construction.

My name if Bill Futral and I live and work in a small resort town in the mountains of NC. My last name, Futral is fairly well know so I need to continue to use my name in the logo.
The average age of the homeowner in this area is old to very old. The usual marketing method is to go with green and brown colors, appeal to the older client that wants to sit around and watch the day go by. It works very well for some.
I would like to market myself to the younger second home owner. A more active fifty year old who wants a more interesting home than the same home that has been built for the last fifty years.
I want to be different but not so far from the norm that I lose the trust of the clients who are trusting me to build their million dollar second home.
The clients I am looking to attract email and text instead writing letters and calling, send pictures from Houzz instead of clippings from Southern Living and would rather mountain bike than play bridge.
