About us
I am a Registered Dietitian doing Nutrition Counseling for people with eating disorders, athletes, and those wanting to lose weight. Our target audience is women aged 18-50, most commonly. However, we also do some lecturing lunch and learns for small to medium corporations.

I am open to Balanced Nutrition Therapy all written in the logo. I am open to having the main word of the business called Balanced with Nutrition Therapy in subtext, I am also open to just having Balanced Nutrition. It all depends on what looks best! My goal is to help people feel empowered, free, strong, fit and healthy
