Adventures in Mind (AIM), provides one-day outings designed to take people out of their routine, expose them to new experiences that are fun and, hopefully, tranformative. This could be a trip to a horse therapy clinic, a visit to a historical society to do ancestry research or visiting an artist's studio. There is a sense of exploration and adventure, discovering something new that you didn't know (possibly about yourself!).
