Residential apartment building in Switzerland looking for branding

We offer apartments in a residential building in the city of St. Gallen, Switzerland. It is located in a residential area which is close to the city center and main train station, next to a historic church. Our target group are smaller households of 1 - 3 people. Rent prices are moderate. Since the building will be completely new, including features like smart-home, the offering is appealing to tenants with a faible for modern living.

The new house will be built on Ilgenstrasse 30 + 32, CH-9000 St. Gallen. LED light-bands will be used in stair railing and general areas as a lighting concept. The facade on ground floor level is made of natural, dark stone and illuminated with vertical luminaires. A light band just under the roof (roof will also be dark) emphasises the contours towards the upper end of the building towards the church. This side towards the church (south) is the main view on the building, you can also find it in the plan attached. The color concept that you design will be incorporated in the building. We can paint everything on the inside of the building in colors that match the styleguide of this contest. If this project is done well, there will be a follow on order for web design.
