About us
We are a consulting and team building recruiting firm. Our target audience if CEO's of high-growth companies, primarily technical and software companies. We are looking for a refresh of our logo as we merge with another recruiting firm in our area. With the two of us together, we are now a powerhouse in our region. We have an opportunity to refresh the logo and brand a little. Given our target audience is a younger CEO, we need professional, but also a little more modern, clean, and energetic.

The reason we are doing this is actually for a refresh of the brand. We like our current logo and colors, but are currently acquiring another business and merging them. This felt like a good time to refresh the brand with changes to the logo and maybe adding some color palettes. We want to stick with the yellow, greyscale, but felt adding some blue would be a win. We did this once before and likes the feel. See the image below for one poster we did. So we are enhancing the logo making it a little stronger and edgier. With our target client being a CEO, it has to be professional, but we want it to look strong and sharp. (our website: https://www.isotalent.com/)
