We would love the design to be in a circular format. Museo Sans is the company font, and we especially love the ampersand inside the logo. Above & Beyond Leadership should be the main logo, with the tagline hosted by Matt Maloney of FFAM 360 below it. Below you will find a logo of FFAM 360, that could be incorporated into the tagline, if helpful. (small though, so it doesn't take away from the main logo) Ideally, this whole thing will be a wall sign, made in acrylic.. so when thinking about the design, imagine what it will look like on a wall. Clean lines, and simple feeling. Not a lot of extra design work, please. You could possibly play around with the "Above and Beyond" words, using the font to show how they are Above and Beyond.
