Our mission is to empower med spa owners to bring more confidence and beauty into people's lives by automating marketing and sales. I typically work with med spa owners and their front desk team who are struggling to get their dream clients to walk in the door. We do this by automating client communications and follow-ups by tracking who directly engages with your marketing material. That way when your team does follow-up in-person leads book more often and show up more often to their scheduled appointments. What we do is create a proven marketing sales funnels explicitly designed to get more bookings to your most profitable med spa services and use paid advertising to attract your dream clients to the funnel. Once your dream client gives us their contact information, we automated the client follow-up process to take the stress out of reminding clients to book, reminding clients to show up to their booked appointments, and get people who missed their booked appointments to come back into the door. We also work with your front desk team and create a process to increase manual bookings as clients are ready and waiting to schedule since they have been contacted previously and promptly through our automation.
