About us

Virtual live classes for middle & high school female field hockey players. These classes combine skill and physical conditioning training. The platform may evolve similar to a Peleton for team players in a skill based sport; the work is done on their own time but the whole team will benefit. Our mission to allow players to enjoy and fully express themselves on the field through the mastery of their skills. Mastery takes a personal commitment to hard work, our users are aspiring to improve their skills to allow them to get to an elite / collegiate level. Potential Tag lines (not to be included in Logo): - It's a way of life - Live it, breathe it! - A daily essential - Discipline = Field Freedom
