I realize it may be helpful to remind we are looking for movement forward, a motivating forward path..we are associated with strong results and progress naturally honestly and through effective work for our clients. We help them BOLT forward and thats the feeling we are looking for in the horses movement. Thank you! Thorobreadlife cuts the fat out of the short term solutions many seek in health, nutrition, fitness, mindset and relationships. Thorobreadlife offers courses that give an entry point for all people to gain clarity and functional science based education, harness their energy and achieve initial tangible results and continued progress in weeks not years. Thorobreadlife is guided by science, experience and recognizing behaviors to share functional knowledge and help identify patterns that detract and those that contribute to a powerful command of wellness, focus and a path to increasing fulfillment. We all have some sort of clouding habits and or behaviors that are holding back a greater level of fulfillment. Sometimes its in one area of our life, sometimes its its in several, and sometimes it feels like taking over. When we learn how to identify the clouds, the fat, THE ROAD BLOCKS and cut them OUT, i.e whats not working for you, you make life leaner, sweeter, sharper, clearer, lighter, and more fulfilling. Thorobreadlife, is not about gimmicks, fads or quick fixes, but is about quick starts that lead to a sooner made progress towards your goals.
