We provide property owners with knowledge management and decision making tools to maintain everything building-related for multi-residential and commercial properties. The primary audience are property owners (owner occupiers/investors). It is assumed that most property owners are NOT experts in property maintenance or management, but are from time to time tasked with making important decisions about major expenditure to keep their property in good order. This site offers 'Non Technical Guide' to the following software genres used in large scale industry and commercial property management: - Asset Information Management Systems - Computerised Maintenance Management Systems The site will offer users the opportunity to maintain historical and transactional data and documentation relating to their own building, and provide guidance/training material, templates and workflows for execution of projects to maintain the various components of their specific building. It is intended that the site is used as a subscription-based portal.
Any logos should be abstract, and not relate to buildings in any way. The logo should make good use of the standard social media footprints and be easily recognisable in the favicon. (e.g, LinkedIn or similar)
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo & brand guide starts at $429.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
