I help people enjoy a nutritionally sound high or all-raw food plant-based (vegan) diet with minimal prep, within budget, and focused on the results they want to achieve.

I want to work with people who may have previously struggled but are ready to commit to a high or all raw (vegan) nutritionally sound diet plan that fits their schedule and budget and gets them the results they want. I will also be creating on-line courses about the benefits of eating raw foods. My archetypes are: Creator/Innocent Creator: New easy ways to enjoy raw foods, keeping focused on busy schedules and limited budgets and creating on-line educational courses to reinforce the benefits of adding raw foods to your diet. Innocent: Make it fun, make it enjoyable, make it sustainable, and make it doable with encouraging results Three examples (possible insight into branding for e-books, courses, etc.) 1. 5, 10, 15-minute meals (few ingredients, easy prep) including how to shop and prepare easy menu plans on a budget 2. Keeping meal plans nutritional sound and diverse enough to sustain long-term. 3. Top 50 raw food questions answered (yes, we get plenty of protein and fruit is NOT the enemy!) I am looking for a clean, simple, professional, contemporary and maybe a little-bit playful logo. The tag line is optional. You can also incorporate my name Lynda Rouser into the logo- also optional.
