We are a consultancy who specialise in strategy, customer experience, design and enterprise architecture. We currently have clients in the not for profit space but also have people interested in our services from the for-profit sectors as well. At this stage, the key target market is likely to be the not for profit sector, particularly those connected to aged care, disability and carer support sectors. Many of those organisations have recently been under threat or undergone significant change, so they're looking to grow and diversify in order to protect their interests. Our clients are largely in senior positions such as CEO or board members. Most of the people in this space are aged 45 years up, with probably a larger proportion of males than females. Many of them have tried other consultants in this space, and find they don't get what they want or need, particularly for the steep price they may be paying. We're different to other consultants in this space because: (a) I used to be a lead designer in large government reforms and have insight into what goes on in government (many of my clients are funded or heavily regulated by government) (b) my team have extensive experience in the commercial sector which means we can bring and apply cutting edge business strategy to government and not for profit organisations (c) we help people identify what they need (they don't need a design brief) and (d) we solve problems.

I already have a business name and existing branding concept I put together myself (in a hurry when opportunity came knocking)! But the colours are a bit blah and I recently tried to start jazzing it up myself with some different concepts....and realised I needed a professional!
