Konqer is a lifestyle brand for gamers. Skaters have brands like Vans and Thrasher, surfers have brands like Billabong and O'Neill, and our goal at Konqer is to be the go to brand for gamers. We want to give gamers a simple, modern, aesthetic way to express their passion. We aim to do this by taking key aspects of gaming culture, and building our brand around those things that make gamers passionate about their hobby. Our target audience is people who love to play video games ages 16-30. We are aiming for a "very stylish/ slightly nerdy" kind of look. Something that looks modern, aesthetic, and stylish, without taking itself too seriously or forgetting the fun aspect of gaming.

Some things we think will look good: 1) Colors: Dark grey, teal, light pink, RGB coloring. 2) Design should be a mix of modern and slightly futuristic. Giving off a simple, minimalistic futurist vibe. 3) Please feel free to be creative! If you have a design idea that you love please share it even if it doesn't fit the design brief 100%. You guys are the design geniuses and we trust you! *UPDATE* The word Conquer, which our name (Konqer) is derived from, means to overcome or control, a place, a people. Any challenge that lays ahead. Which is the essence of gaming. Taking on new challenges, competing, and conquering. There isn't a group of people who embody and exemplify our name and spirit than the Spartans. So, the imagery I would like to use is that of a Spartan symbol. What would a Spartan symbol look like if their civilization prospered deep into the future? What design would adorn their ships as they explored the stars? Carrying the ways of their forefathers, yet expanding ever more into the future. Im seeing a modern, sleek, clean cut design. Maybe of a spartan crown, shield or spartan weapons or maybe incorporate a crown for K in Konqer and a Q as wellSomething along those lines. To connect the meaning behind the name with the slightly futuristic, minimalistic aesthetic of the brand. The Coloring on it can be sleek gray, off-white, grey. Im really still exploring the color palette. It can go above the Konqer typeface, which I feel would be best described as minimalistic/ futuristic. Feel free to keep explore with the coloring of the typeface & logo. Submit what you thinks works best! Please feel free to ask questions that will give you a better idea of what I need.
