I HAVE UPDATED THIS BRIEF FOR MORE CLARITY My hair salon is a studio suite that offers elite, dry haircuts and color to women ages 35-55. My client is educated, modern and stylish and prefers chic, nonchalant hair styles such as an undone bob, or a perfectly tousled, lived-in pixie for that French-girl look. Her accessories portray quality and timeless beauty, found in her collection of Chanel and Louis Vuitton handbags. She is calm, chic, health-conscious, beautiful, family oriented and modern. Particular in taste, but never stuffy. The fonts that speak to her are found in the brands Chanel and Louis Vuitton. I have also included script font samples in the images below that I like for the words BonBon Salon.

I would prefer that the logo be done primarily in shades of grey and black, and if pink is used it should be either very light, almost white like the image that I submitted of the walls in my salon. Or, possibly, a pop of crisp fuschia, like the “lips” pillow in the image I provided. I have included the salon color inspiration images as well. I’m open to creative suggestions and alternatives!

I will also include photos of my salon suite. My salon suite is new; I just designed it about two months ago. I love that it is that it is very bright and airy, yet the black details in the flooring are crisp and clean and I love the ostrich feather pendant lights. They lend a softness. yet unexpected twist to the design. The texture in the velvet sofa and the bright pop of color in the “lips” pillow. I think it could be a nice direction to head for the logo as well. Clean, modern, crisp yet with a dash of playful, slightly quirky appeal. I hope for the logo to stand the test of time. I will use the logo mostly on business cards, social media, or on the glass door at my salon suite. I like the fonts of Louis Vuitton and Chanel. I also am open to a script font, sans serif. I am so excited to see your ideas! Thank you!
