Design a simple&strong logo/brand for 'The Green Scoop' a zero waste grocery store in Ireland

I believe that everyone should have access to groceries as package-free, sustainable, ethical, organic and local as possible. My vision for the company is to be a driving force behind that change. The Green Scoop will be a zero waste grocery store (also called refill store, bulk store or package-free store) and can be described as a small mostly organic supermarket for refilling your own containers (jars, boxes, cotton bags, ...) without unnecessary packaging. The portfolio will be mostly dry goods (pasta, grains, pulses, baking, ...) but also personal care, cleaning and zero waste products (containers, jars, ...). The planned location is west of Dublin in Ireland. Many products will be available in a gravity dispenser with the products falling out into the customers container. But other products that are to small or sticky for that (flour, sugar, chocolate, dried fruits,...) will be available in so called scoop bins. The customer uses a scoop to fill the product into his container. The target audience is between 25 and 55 years old. It consists of young professionals who like exploring new and sustainable alternatives, of parents of young kids who worry about the environment and want to live more sustainably, of people in their fifties whose kids are out of the house, who enjoy the relaxed local shopping experience that's not as stressful as a supermarket. The company strength are: - Offering package-free, organic, sustainable, ethical, local products thus building on the growing environmental awareness - Protecting the environment by avoiding packaging waste and especially avoiding plastic packaging - Sustainability through reducing the carbon footprint with organic and local products - Supporting healthy living with fresh, quality goods - Supporting fair work environments by acquiring ethically sourced goods and paying living wage - Reduction of food waste by offering flexible quantities - Enabling a conscious consumer behaviour by offering these choices

The name of the company comes from the before mentioned scoops for filling the products into the customers containers (not to be confused with icecream scoops) and the word green to represent the sustainable, ecological, natural side of the concept. The logo and brand should convey these messages. Ideally the logo should include the name but also have a visual part that works without the name. Attached you find a picture of a classic scoop which I used as temporary profile picture on social media as a reference for this kind of scoop. PS: I just wanna add that the scoop doesn't have to look exactly like the one in the picture. If you google 'aluminium scoop' you'll also find simpler and more modern scoops for other ideas. PPS: As I am to open a brick & mortar store the logo also has to work on a sign on the store front. If you have an idea how to adapt your logo to that use and if it's used best on a sign sticking out, or flat above the store front or on the windows or in another way please add your thoughts in the comments.
