The business I'm starting is a virtual assitant agency focused on providing done for you marketing support. In a sentence “I assist small business owners in reaching their potential by handling their online marketing tasks that have to get done, but they just don't time or skills to do themselves.” Some of my initial services will include content creation & organic social media management. I will eventually expand to offer additional services including WordPress website maintenance, landing page design, online graphic creation, email marketing, online ad management, marketing strategy and all things digital marketing. 
My target audience are busy, women owned small businesses with a special focus on BIPOC women owned businesses and businesses in industries that are typically male dominated such as construction and insurance. They've been in business for at least a year and are making a profit in business. They are ready to invest in the help they need to perfect their business marketing systems. They are willing to spend between $500-$1000 a month to get and keep their business marketing on track. They are overworked and ready to delegate some of their tasks to achieve more work life harmony. The brand feel I'm going for is laidback/approachable/relaxed; fun in a quirky way/awkward-ish/not serious; helpful/supportive in a direct, nonsense way. I want people to think I'm capable and reliable. The feeling I want them to get from my services are ease, peace and relief.
