WeTribu is a start up that offers entrepreneurs and leaders of organizations a regular group sessions with the aim of promoting more conscious and responsible leadership and that their organizations are sustainable and obtain better results. Our clients are entrepreneurs & CEO's who feel the loneliness and weight of decision-making in a complex and uncertain environment, who recognize the importance of lifelong learning, who know that they themselves are their most important professional asset and that they are willing to prioritize it. Our proposal is mainly based on "co-development circles" among peers. The circles are spaces of depth, trust and excellence in which to tackle professional challenges. Each circle is made up of a group of between 10-12 leaders, who, guided by an expert facilitator, meet one day a month, and collaboratively address both business challenges (strategic or operational) and leadership challenges (relational, team, etc). WeTribu’s vision is to create a curated community of conscious entrepreneurs and leaders at a national level (& maybe beyond…). We’d like a logo that expresses our essence in an elegant, minimalistic and sober ways. But this are just suggestions cause we are open to new ideas ;)
