Waddington Flats is a building in downtown Victoria, BC, Canada. It is located in a historical alley, where all the buildings are made of brick and are 100+ years old. Waddington Flats itself is a newer building (only 7 years old), but it is made out of brick at the front, to make it fit in with the rest of the alley's building. Waddington Flats is a building with 6 flats (small apartments), and each flat is a 5-star AirBnB, with a unique theme based on the history of Victoria. We are currently renovating the suites, and hope to become one of Victoria' coolest and most popular AirBnB's in the near future! Our themes are: Chinatown Suite, Orca Suite, Indigenous Suite, Navy Suite, Garden Suite and the Parliamentary Suite. Our target audience is primarily couples in their mid/late twenties and all the way up to about 55 years of age. They love to travel, and when they travel, they like to learn about the city their are in, it's history and culture. They are interested in trying local cafes and restaurants. They are sophisticated and mature. When they stay in our AirBnBs, they treat the flat like it's their own home and leave it in perfect condition when they leave. We have 5-star guests in our 5-star AirBnB!
