New branding for a B2B HR analytics platform

• We are a HR analytics software solution company • The major challenge we are solving is measuring engagement • This is indirectly competing with traditional survey based companies such as CultureAmp and Qualtrics • We solve this by taking data from various different communication and productivity tools (email, calendar, Slack, JIRA, Confluence), apply machine learning algorithms to create metrics • Our target audience is business leaders (including CEO and board) as well as HR teams

• We want our logo to be as simple as possible as we want to use the logo by itself as icons for our software • There are two elements to the logo o One presenting humanity/natural/flow o One presenting technology (our product combines different data points together) • The name Korus comes from Chorus o The purpose of the name is that we want to show that we are taking data from various different sources and make them sing together to produce something beautiful and awesome o In addition we like the concept of balance and harmony especially having humanity and technology balanced to achieve the best outcome • Colour scheme o We do want a teal colour so blue/green • Font o We want everything lower case… so korus.ai o We also want a soft font i.e. we want something that is not technology and approachable
