Graag de kleuren van onze website gebruiken. Het design strak houden en het formulier moet eruit springen/direct uitnodigen om in te vullen. Graag qua stijl laten aansluiten bij https://www.solvari.nl www.zelfstroom.nl en www.pricewise.nl. Lekker "clean". Weinig afleiding om tot het gewenste doel te komen: iemand moet het formulier invullen.

We're looking for a redesign of our page. The page is about buying a heat pump. People can fill in the form on the top of the page. Once they've done that, they will receive a quotation in their mailbox. You can find an example in the attachment (this is a PDF document, I only have a PSD document from our previous version. I also attached this one in case you can't work with the PDF document). We received the PDF from another designer, but we're not fully satisfied with the design). The form The form on the page is a bit boring and not tight enough in our eyes. We want to ask if you can make the form look better and make it tighter. The form has to get the attention of the visitor, so the visitor directly starts to fill it in. Could you add the house number addition (the title above the box may be: Toevoeging) next to the house number box? Think it also looks better when you make the house number box and the house number addition box a little bit smaller. Most of the time a house number is not bigger than three numbers of course, so a big box is not necessary. Make sure the alignment is correct, also in combination with the rest of the page. 2. The page We're very curious if you would do something else about our page if we talk about the design. Feel free to surprise us with a stunning design which is better than what we have right now. Be creative, maybe we could still improve. Just make sure the design isn't to far away from our home style. Please look at the example / inspirational websites.
