In particular we act for women who have been discriminated against at work as a result of taking maternity leave. Women who have either been dismissed, demoted or had their working lives made so miserable that they just couldn't go on working there any longer.

Needs to be powerful and uplifting, we want women to visit our site and believe that we understand what they've been through and that we can support them to get the right result. Many of these women are taking these claims as a point of principle becuase they don't want other women to have to go through what they've been through. We have significant experience in this area and are the only claimant organisation specialising in these types of case.
