Conspire connects job seekers and companies through strong mutual contacts. It does so by analyzing email traffic to rank the strengths of your existing relationships. As a job seeker, you can create your profile and find qualified job matches based on who you know. As a company recruiter, you can post jobs and find qualified candidates through mutual connections, serving as a stepping point for referrals. In both cases, you can see the path of introductions that leads you to the opportunity. Our target audiences at this stage are primarily candidates and recruiters looking for opportunities in startups. We want to create a landing page for our product launch with the goal of getting sign-ups.

We encourage you to take creative freedom. We do like the idea of a unifying hero shot above the fold, but are open to other ideas. Generally, we want a sophisticated, clean, and cohesive design that speaks to both job seekers and companies.
