Emily is really creative! She was able to pull that clean modern Christmas look that we're looking for our Facebook cover. She promptly responds to revision requests. Over-all, we're very pleased that she joined the contest.

Story to tell in the infographic
We're looking for an infographic for tech startups, showing them why they need to offer employee benefits coverage to their staff and potential staff. The infographic will primarily be on our website, but may be sent via email.
Data to include in the infographic
- A 2010 survey showed that 67% of employee benefits plan members think more positively of their employer because of their employee benefits plan, up from 63% in 2009.
- The same 2010 survey found that 66% of those surveyed said that the employee benefits plan is a strong incentive to stay with their current employer.
- For the employer, 91% said that employee benefits are an important part of employee attraction and retention efforts.
- In a 2011 survey, plan members were offered a choice between $10,000 and their employee benefits coverage, 59% opted to keep their benefits (31% would take the money, and 10% didn't know). When the same question was asked in 2009, 56% preferred their benefits, 38% the case, and 6% didn't know. If the money was doubled to $20,000, in 2011, 48% opted for the benefits coverage, 38% took the case, and 14% didn't know. In 2009, when asked the same question, 47% took the case, 45% the benefits coverage, and 8% were unsure.

Elements to include in the infographic
I would like our company's logo colour used (Hex#006762), as well as our company logo. I would also like our company name, website (http://www.canadianemployeebenefitplans.ca) (currently being redone) along with our Twitter (cdn_benefits). As for the data mentioned above, the data needs to be included, but the wording can be changed.
