Detail the steps of investing in the Tai Lopez Capital Group as outlined in the Other section below
Tai Lopez Capital Group is a way for people to co-invest with Tai Lopez. That's kind of the headline. So co-investing means I'm going to be doing business deals and I'm going to let a small group of people in early to do deals with me. Okay. They could be real estate, they can be buying businesses that could be starting brand new businesses. The challenges in the past 10 years, I haven't really let in many investors unless I already knew them somehow for a long time or I already had, I was already business partners or had some sort of a financial relationship with them. So I created in 2015 a small test group. I let in four people. It was this concept of you want to get access to the deals I have. So right now I'm using my social media, which is the largest business social media following in the world to reach businesses, that want me to partner with them, want me to buy them out, want me to invest in them or I'm starting them from scratch. In general, I'm buying or I'm trying to do more businesses that are already going and I reach out to them through my social media and I literally get hundreds and hundreds of people writing in at a time saying, here's my business. Then we go through, we analyze and we find the best businesses. And then sometimes I'll become a partner or I'll invest in those businesses. So that's the opportunity. I'm also using my social media to reach people who want to co-invest with me. So if they're accredited investors, meaning basically they have more than a million dollars liquid. That's the U S law. Even if they don't live in the U S they got to comply with us law. So if people want equity in deals that I'm doing, they want to co-invest in this access to deals that I get that's very unique. I get a lot of deals that aren't on the market. In general the best deals are not on the market, so I need to build a starter relationship with them. So I basically have, an introductory, trust-building first step of investing with me and that is investing capital into my Tai Lopez capital group as a debt note. So basically there is a prommisary note which gets paid back over 36 months, 48 months, or 72 months The minimum investment it's either a $100,000 or $150,000. They get paid back and as long as they have capital with me in the form of this promissory note, they get first access to any deals before I offer them to other accredited investors, not in my capital group. I first have to offer it to Tai Lopez Capital Group for either 20 or 30 hours. We offer access to people in my capital group first. And they get a check paid back monthly 8-12% of the promissary note. So let's say they put in 400 grand, they get paid back over 48 months. They get a check each month and it's roughly comes out, let's say 10% interest. And during that 48 months, it gives them the option to invest, they don't have to, but I'll be sending deals each month that I'm considering investing in. Before I offer the deals to other accredited investors or other institutions I'll first offer them to the people who are note holders in Tai Lopez Capital Group. So it's a huge advantage to them. They don't have to invest. They can pass on any deals or they can come in, but they get first look. And then if there's any room for more investors after Tai Lopez Capital Group people have invested, then I can offer it to the general accredited investor market or institutional investor markets.
